KPVC Fascia The horizontal fascia which caps the end of rafters outside a building may be used to hold the rain gutter.

The finished surface below the fascia and rafters is called the soffit.

A bargeboard is the board fastened to the projecting gables of the roof to give them strength and to mask, hide and protect the otherwise exposed horizontal roof timbers.

Exterior cladding offers a distinctive look to a home or business whilst adding a level of insulation and defence against bad weather.

KPVC uses innovative Freefoam® PVC-U and PVC-UE fascia and soffit which has the unique patented Colormax® technology.

Benefits to your property

By installing these roofing components, you can prevent mould and mildew from entering into the rafters of your roof. Mould and mildew can cause your roofing beams to rot and potentially break, making your home a safety hazard and also causing very expensive damage.

Along with protecting the hard-to-paint spots of your eaves, soffits and fascias increase air ventilation to your attic and the top of your home. This can help reduce heating costs in the winter. By allowing air to flow to your attic, soffits and fascias give a homeowner the option of transforming an attic into a livable space. By expanding your living space, you can get the most out of your home's square footage and increase its overall value.

Soffits and fascias provide an overall completed look to your home. By choosing KPVC, you can ensure that your home will have an outstanding visual appeal that completely ties together. We have a wide range of fascia in a choice of styles, sizes and colours to suit your building design and to improve the appearance of your facade.
